- Consulting services: trademark filings / prior art searches / contract drafting / proceedings before the INPI and EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) / management of a large portfolio of trademarks in France and internationally.
- Litigation: he has developed significant expertise in intellectual property litigation and unfair competition and represents clients before all courts.
He works for companies and public authorities and also has a training activity (professional training for lawyers / training for clients).

- Member of the board of directors of the non-profit organisation “Produit en Bretagne”
Teaching activities
- Bertrand regularly teaches courses at Ecole des Avocats du Grand Ouest (EDAGO) in continuing education for attorneys, and teaches master’s students at the Université de Rennes.
- He is a participant in the INPI’s Master Class IP programme.
In everyday life
- A married man and father to 5 children, one of Bertrand’s favourite activities is to walk the coastal trails of Northern Brittany.
- He enjoys cooking, particularly the cuisine typical of the Gers area.
