Aurore joined the team of Maître Grégory CONTIN and Maître Cécile HERRY in September 2023 as a corporate law lawyer.
Specializing mainly in business and organisation law, Aurore assists future company founders with their company formation projects (articles of association, shareholder agreements, etc.) and ensures their ongoing legal management (approval of accounts, statutory amendments, etc.).
She also supports Maître CONTIN and Maître HERRY in restructuring and external growth operations (mergers, transfer of shares, business asset acquisitions, etc.).
Aurore also works in associative structures and social economy law alongside Maître HERRY.

- Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (University of Rouen-Normandie)
- Master 1 in Business Law (University of Rouen-Normandie)
In everyday life
- Aurore is passionate about horseback riding and running.
- She enjoys going out with friends and taking long walks along the Finistère coast.
