Holder of a DEA in Private Law (Université de Rennes 1), David Raul provides and oversees pre-litigation and litigation management for cases that arise for individuals and for companies, from defining the proper judicial strategy to monitoring the implementation of court decisions obtained, while favouring negotiation and resolution by mutual agreement as much as possible.
