Sophie Baudet supports business leaders and HR managers on a wide range of labour issues from personnel management (hiring, dismissal, staff elections) to implementing internal reorganisations requiring collective bargaining, assistance in URSSAF audits, and including the criminal defence of the company in the context of work-related accidents.

Sophie Baudet also assists companies and associations in organising their Social and Economic Committee (CSE) elections.

Psychological harassment, unfair termination of contract

Sophie Baudet has developed expertise in workplace harassment and moral distress, supporting exit negotiations and the defence of senior executives and managers in cases of unjustified termination of employment contracts and/or their corporate mandates.

  • Sophie has a particular love for Brittany and the seaside, which is what brought her back to live there in 2020 after spending more than 15 years in Paris.
  • Sophie is a music lover; she plays the piano, and holds a diploma from the Regional Conservatory of Rennes.
  • Sophie also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and has been committed to personal development and philosophy for several years.
