Intellectual Property Law Division
In Intellectual Property law, Anaïs Normand assists Maître Anne-Cécile Le Boudec in managing the portfolio of trademarks regularly entrusted to the firm (trademark filings, monitoring, renewals, etc.), as well as in litigation proceedings before judicial courts.
Public Law Division
Within Avoxa’s Public Law division, Anaïs Normand assists Maître Julien Bonnat with various tasks such as client relations and liaison with the courts, administrative and financial monitoring of advisory and litigation files—particularly in judicial expert assessments—monitoring the progress of court cases, assisting in the drafting of certain procedural documents, and responding to calls for tenders.
