Gwendal Rivalan has been an attorney since January 2004. He created and developed the commercial, contract and competition law division at AVOXA Nantes. He thus supports and advises companies and managers in their commercial projects, both in BtoB and BtoC (drafting of commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, establishment and development of distribution networks, e-commerce sites, management of issues related to sales promotion, etc.).
He also has recognised expertise in general business litigation: corporate law litigation (particularly in post-sale or shareholders’ agreement matters), distribution law, competition law, subcontracting law, legal proceedings related to commercial contracts of all kinds, and issues associated with collective proceedings.
Gwendal Rivalan’s team also has experience in construction law.
