Public Law Attorney

Julien Bonnat is a Partner Attorney and co-founder of AVOXA in 2007. Together with his team of public law attorneys, he provides counsel, litigation, and training services.

Administrative law advice for local authorities

Together, they assist local authorities and their groupings, public administrations, hospitals, local public enterprises (EPL), SMEs and large corporations, individuals, public officials, associations, and federations.

Over the years, Julien Bonnat has developed particular expertise in negotiation and strategic planning.

Teaching activities

  • Together with his team, Julien Bonnat regularly provides his clients with training in public procurement law.
  • For several years he was a trainer for the MONITEUR Group.
  • He also provides training in administrative litigation of acts taken by SIQO control bodies (PDO, STG, red label, organic, etc.)

In everyday life

Born in Rennes, Julien is very attached to Brittany and loves travelling with his family.

  • He spends his time regularly practising sport (trail and gravel biking, mountain hikes and races).
  • In 2017, Julien climbed Kilimanjaro (5895 m) in 33 hours’ round trip.
  • In 2019, Julien climbed Elbrus in Russia, the highest peak in Europe (5642 m).
  • In 2020, he reached the summit of Teide (4000 m) in Tenerife in 13 hours’ round trip.
  • In 2021, he toured Mont-Blanc in 3 stages (31H – 160 Km – 9000 m D+).
  • In 2023, Julien did a 100 km trek in the Annapurna Valley in Nepal through the Thorang La Pass at 5,416 m.
