Attorney in the Intellectual Property Division of the Avoxa Law Firm since 2016, Jérémie advises and supports companies in the development and implementation of their Intellectual Property rights protection strategies.
In this capacity, he works in the fields of Trademarks, Designs & Models, Patents, Copyright, and Unfair Competition, and divides his activity between consulting and litigation. He also holds a Specialisation Certificate as a Data Protection Officer and assists clients in ensuring compliance with applicable personal data regulations (GDPR, IT and Civil Liberties Law).
Jérémie also advises on issues relating to new technologies and corporate e-reputation (disparagement, online counterfeiting and unfair competition, reporting on social networks, cybersquatting, etc.).
Having completed part of his academic studies in the United Kingdom (Cardiff University), Jérémie speaks, reads, and writes English fluently, enabling him to assist clients in negotiations or litigation abroad (including transactions, communication, and coordination with local correspondents).

Teaching activities
- Alongside his counsel and representation duties, Jérémie is also an educator, whether providing training to meet his clients’ internal needs, teaching students (University of Rennes 1, Institut Catholique de Rennes, etc.) or providing continuing education for attorneys at the Ecole des Avocats du Grand Ouest (EDAGO).

- Jérémie enjoys several athletic pursuits, including running, hiking and climbing.
