Inès supports companies at every stage of their legal life, from their creation to their dissolution, including restructuring operations (transformation, merger, capital increase or reduction, etc.) and external growth operations (share transfers, business asset transfers, etc.).
She also ensures the legal management of companies (approval of accounts, statutory amendments, drafting of minutes of general meetings).
