Working since 2009 as an attorney primarily in tax law and business law, Anne-Hélène Chemin joined the business and organisation law team at AVOXA Nantes in 2015.
Corporate law and related taxation
Anne-Hélène Chemin advises the firm’s clients on corporate law and associated taxation, both during the incorporation of a company and during its corporate life, particularly in the context of restructuring operations.
She also supports clients during their business sale, transfer or acquisition projects.

Teaching activities
- Since 2017, Anne-Hélène Chemin has been a visiting lecturer at IAE Nantes where she teaches corporate law courses.
